To pursue, promote and protect the interests of motorcyclists; To develop better and more enthusiastic relations between  the general public, the media and the operators and riders of motorcycles;   To encourage rider participation in events;    To encourage discussion among members of matters pertaining to motorcycles;    To sponsor, promote, and support organized charitable events;    And in general to perform any acts therewith not forbidden by the laws of the United States or any State laws.
